Miriam is coming back to our agency after some years and we are really happy to welcome her back. She has a double citizen US and Guyanese and is a member of Guyana National Team. Flash Agency is happy to announce the signing of Lithuanian Guard Urtė Slavickaite (175 cm, 1997 born) with Flash Agency!! Urtė is a universal player as she can play through 1-3 positions, but her main position is SG. She has been a member of all youth Lithuanian National Teams (2013-2017). Her skills allow her to score in a variety of ways, as she has a quick and stable mid-range jumper, she can also be aggressive when driving the basket and being a threat from a three-point line. She is comfortable in playing 1x1 and reading 2x2 situations by creating opportunities for her teammates with her sharp court vision. This year Urtė played for the Aistes-LSMU Kaunas (Moteru Lyga) averaging  in 21 games 7.6 ppg, 3.2 rpg, 1.5 apg, 1.1 spg, FGP: 38.8%, 3PT: 28.2% and FT: -12(92.3%). Emma is a tall wing whose greatest asset is her ability to use her body on both ends of the floor. She is capable of scoring on all three levels, catch and shoot come like a natural to her, but her ability to score from dribble and around the rim is solid as well. Emma can make a difference as soon as she steps on the floor as she is a triple threat. Her competitiveness is a great addition to the team, as well as her character. This year Dunja played for Novosadska ZKA Novi Sad (1 ZLS) averaging 19.5ppg, 3.8rpg, 4.3apg, 2.0spg, FGP: 46.2%, 3PT:40.0%, FT: 72.1% and she is coming straight from Serbia to enforce the team of Eleftheria. This year Madison played for ENAD in Cyprus averaging 21.0ppg, 10.5rpg, 2.5apg, 2.6spg, FGP: 50.5%, 3PT: 26.9%, FT: 55.8% and she is coming straight from Cyprus to enforce the team of Eleftheria. Flash Agency US Wing Hailey Leidel (180cm/5'11'') has signed with the team of Esperides W.B.C from Greece till the end of the season!! Last season Hailey graduated from University of Massachusetts averaging 15.7ppg, 3.6rpg,1.9apg, 1.4spg, FGP: 39.5%, 3PT: 41.5%, FT: 79.2%. This year she started her rookie season with the team of Sparta from Luxembourg but due the covid-19 break of the Total League she terminated her contract. Flash Agency US Guard Randi Brown has signed till the end of the season with the team of PAS Giannina WBC from Greece!! Last season Randi played for CODM Basketball Morocco (Arab Championship) and then in December 2019 she moved to Haukar (Iceland Dominos League) averaging in 16 games 27.3ppg, 7.6rpg, 4.1apg, 2.9spg, FGP: 52.1%, 3PT: 33.1%, FT: 72.4%. The previous year she played her rookie season in Finland  where she was the top scorer of the league. This year she was signed with the team of Zamalek Sporting Club from Egypt, but she never went to Egypt as there were some issues with her arrival in Egypt. Flash Agency would like to congratulate Randi and wish her all the best with her new team!!

Flash Agency wants to take the opportunity to welcome Viktoria Pankova as our newest member of our team. Viktoria, a native Belarussian is an ex-professional basketball player that has been represented from Flash Agency for several years. She played basketball professional in Belarus for 6 years, where she won two times the Belarussian Championship and also the Baltic League Championship. Moreover she played 4 years in Portugal for different clubs. Viktoria has two degrees,  manager in tourism and basketball coach. She is speaking Russian, English, Spanish and Portuguese. Viktoria is going to take care of different markets for women’s basketball and help the agency to grow even more. Welcome Viktoria and we are very happy to have you with us. 

Flash Agency US Guard Samantha Mackay (174cm/5’9’’) has signed for the coming season with the team of Piešťanské Čajky from Slovakia !! Last year Samantha played for Panathinaikos Athens from Greece averaging in 20 games: 14.3ppg, 6.1rpg, 5.6apg, 1.3spg, FGP: 45.1%, 3PT: 31.5%, FT: 82.2%. This year she started the season with the team of Niki Lefkadas WBC (Greece-A1) but due the covid-19 break of the Greek League she terminated her contract. Previous the alumna of Dayton Flyers have played for ZTE Noi Kosarlabda Klub from Hungary, Nantes Reze Basket from France, KK Tallinna Ulikool from Latvia and Athinaikos Virona from Greece.
