Flash Agency is happy to announce the signing of Lithuanian Guard Urtė Slavickaite (175 cm, 1997 born) with Flash Agency!! Urtė is a universal player as she can play through 1-3 positions, but her main position is SG. She has been a member of all youth Lithuanian National Teams (2013-2017). Her skills allow her to score in a variety of ways, as she has a quick and stable mid-range jumper, she can also be aggressive when driving the basket and being a threat from a three-point line. She is comfortable in playing 1x1 and reading 2x2 situations by creating opportunities for her teammates with her sharp court vision. This year Urtė played for the Aistes-LSMU Kaunas (Moteru Lyga) averaging  in 21 games 7.6 ppg, 3.2 rpg, 1.5 apg, 1.1 spg, FGP: 38.8%, 3PT: 28.2% and FT: -12(92.3%).
