Sarah serves as the Regional Director of Women’s Basketball for Romania and Southeast Europe at Flash Agency. Her main objective is to provide quality services to clients, expand the agency's international network, and strengthen its overall presence across the Southeast European market. By working closely with players, clubs, and partners, she consistently aims to identify top talent, foster strong relationships, and create exceptional opportunities for the athletes she represents.
Before shifting to the field of sports management and player representation, Ms. Dumitrescu spent several years competing at the highest levels of collegiate and international basketball. She initially developed her foundational skills at the prestigious IMG Academy before transitioning to compete at the NCAA Division I level for both the University of Mississippi and Cal Poly–San Luis Obispo. Her extensive playing experience is a definite asset, enabling her as a director to accurately assess players' needs, help them make informed career decisions, and seamlessly support their development both on and off the court.
Ms. Dumitrescu has also achieved significant success on the international stage, proudly representing Romania at the youth national-team level. During this time, she won a silver medal at the 2016 FIBA U16 Women’s European Championship, Division B, and competed at the 2017 FIBA U18 European Championship, Division B. Most recently, she played professionally for ACS Sepsi-SIC Sfântu Gheorghe in the Romanian Liga Națională and EuroLeague Women during the 2023–24 season, rounding out a comprehensive and multifaceted background in the global women's game.
