Flash Agency is happy to announce that Jelena Nikpaljevic will be the newest member of our team. Jelena a native Montenegrin is an ex professional basketball player that has been represented from Flash Agency for several years. Since December 2022 she is working as agent/recruiter. Jelena has a long experience playing professional basketball, as besides her home country Montenegro she played in Serbia, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Luxembourg, Portugal, Germany, Iran and Egypt. Moreover, Jelena was member of several Montenegrin youth national teams.  She graduated on UGD in Montenegro and has a degree in Sports Management. Jelena is going to work for Flash Agency as Basketball agent/scouter and help the agency to grow even more. Welcome Jelena and we are very happy to have you with us.
