Flash Agency is happy to announce that Jair Tavares will be the newest member of our team. Jair Tavares a native Brazilian, has his career as a coach in Brazil for 30 years, coaching boys in the beginning. For 25 years he has been coaching girls with 2 experiences with the Brazilian National Team as assistant coach in 2004 and 2016. He got his degree as physical education teacher and major in sports psychology, and sports pedagogy! Also, he worked as assistant coach in NJCAA for 2 years, and helped a club in Oklahoma recruiting young kids for their roster since 2017. Jair is going to work for Flash Agency as Basketball agent/scouter and help the agency to grow even more. Welcome Jair and we are very happy to have you with us.
