Flash Agency is pleased to announce the signing of Polish Forward Edyta Falenczyk (182cm/6’0’’).basketball. Falenczyk is an experienced and versatile forward, primarily playing at the 4 position, with the ability to effectively contribute as a small-ball 5 or on the wing at the 3. Her game is based on focus, anticipation, and creating physical advantages, allowing her to impact both ends of the floor. She is a reliable mid-range and three-point shooter, while also being capable of operating in the paint, exploiting mismatches and reading the defence to find the best option. A left-handed player, Edyta brings an additional edge on offence, combining aggressiveness with unselfish play and consistently making the right decisions and extra passes to involve her teammates. She is also effective from the free-throw line, converting opportunities with confidence. Defensively, she maintains strong positioning, generates steals, and runs the floor in transition to contribute to fast-break situations. Known as a committed, team-oriented competitor, she is always ready to fight for her team.  Edyta has accumulated extensive experience in Poland’s BLK and 1Liga, as well as in Iceland, the Czech Republic, Lithuania and most recently Italy. In the 2024–2025 season with U.M.F. Tindastoll in the Iceland Subway League, she averaged 14.4 points, 7.5 rebounds, 1.8 assists and 1.9 steals per game. In 2025–2026, playing for Nuova Pall. Treviso in Italian Serie A2, she has been a key frontcourt presence, posting 12.3 points and 8.2 rebounds per game. Throughout her career, Falenczyk has collected numerous distinctions, including being part of the Polish U18 National Team, reaching the Polish BLK Finals and Semifinals, winning the Polish 1Liga Championship, and earning Eurobasket.com All-Icelandic League Honorable Mention and EWBL Finalist honours.
