Offensively she is a 3-level scorer who can get to the rim, is a consistent knockdown midrange shooter and has the ability to stretch the floor with her 3pt game. Not only is she a scoring threat, but her unselfishness and high-IQ allow her to read the floor and find open teammates. On the defensive end she uses her length and speed to be disruptive and to get steals and deflections. She is a good defender that can guard her own and make timely defensive rotations. She is also an excellent rebounder who has the ability to grab a board and push the ball in transition. Anja has studied in USA and played college basketball and after that she played one season in UK and the last two seasons in Germany for her current team Capitol Bascats Dusseldorf.
